Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
Refunds
Issued only for eligible cancellations or if Exclusive Dominican Tours cancels due to weather or operational reasons.
Processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Booking Changes
Free changes up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for failure to appear at the designated time and location.
