Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Excursions and Transfers: Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Hotels: Cancellation policies depend on the hotel’s terms, which will be shared at booking. Non-refundable bookings or those canceled outside the allowed timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
Flights and Cruises: Refund policies are governed by the respective airline or cruise line.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for cancellations that meet the eligibility requirements or if Exclusive Dominican Tours cancels due to weather conditions or operational reasons.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Booking Modifications

Excursions and Transfers: You can make free changes up to 48 hours before the tour date, subject to availability.
Hotels, Flights, and Cruises: Modifications are subject to the provider’s policies and may incur additional fees.

No-Shows

No refunds will be provided for failure to show up at the scheduled time and location.

Force Majeure

Exclusive Dominican Tours is not liable for cancellations due to factors beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).
